Heritage Apple. Now if you like Cider and why wouldn't you, then this apple is a 'must have'. Valued for producing a slow-fermenting, full-bodied, quality 'hard' cider. The fruit are small, dark and maroon in colour with a 'bittersharp' flavour. Note this is not an eating apple. Deciduous. Partially self-fertile but better results will be achieved if planted with 'Golden Delicious' or 'Royal Gala'.

In most areas apples are often pollinated by other apples or crabapples close by. If unsure, you will need to plant two varieties that cross pollinate. Please see in-store details.
